  • Managed Hosting means that any issues that arise due to hardware or software that is installed on our servers, including but not limited to security and other functionality, is monitored and handled by us. The only thing most customers are responsible for, it thier own web site code.

Does Managed Web Hosting include Email Hosting as well?

  • Most managed customers use a third party email company. For our Business Plan we offer the ability to create and use mailboxes however, we limit the sending rates to prevent spam issues. We also require all customers to have proper DKIM and SFP records. Of course, we will be more than happy to help get these setup for you with our managed plan.

What happens if I outgrow the Starter Plan?

  • We can easily upgrade you to the next plan. All you have to pay is the difference.

Is there any money back guarantee with the Managed Web Hosting services?

  • We do not offer money back guarantees on our managed hosting since a human is always involved in the process. If you feel you deserve a refund, despite our 'no money back guarantee' please open a ticket with our billing department and let them know.
