The Initial Design serves as a fundamental and mandatory component, essentially constituting the base fee applicable to all our design packages. This phase encompasses the creation of the first three pages of your website. During this process, we will collaborate with you to gather your ideas and provide a designated space for you to begin uploading photos, text, or any other content you wish to include on your website.

We offer the flexibility of up to 3 layout changes within this stage. Any additional alterations beyond this limit will incur an additional fee of $50 per change.

To initiate this phase, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. It's important to note that this deposit is directly applied to your web design project balance.

For businesses with physical storefronts or service areas, such as the DFW Metroplex, we provide an added value by including a generic Service Area page for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) purposes at no additional cost. This page allows you to list up to 30 cities and locations, enhancing your online presence and local visibility.

Our Approach to Web Design

Our web design projects are handled by a dedicated team consisting of three to four professionals. Most of our clients primarily communicate with our Project Manager, ensuring a personalized experience.

To kickstart your project, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit, which we won't charge until you've had the chance to meet and discuss your project with one of our Project Managers. Following this, our Project Managers will assist you in completing our intake form where you can share your preferences, layout ideas, existing assets like logos, and other essential details. We'll also provide an easy way for you to upload these materials.

For fixed-price web design projects, we specialize in WordPress-based websites, enabling us to incorporate advanced functionality without the need for custom code. This results in quicker project delivery with enhanced features compared to typical custom designs.

While we have the capability to integrate plugins and custom code into your website, it's important to be aware that some plugins and custom code may involve costs from their providers. We'll always communicate these ongoing expenses before implementation, giving you the option to approve or decline the use of suggested plugins. We make an effort to use free plugins whenever possible to minimize additional costs.
