What is Unmanaged Hosting?

  • Our Unmanaged Hosting plans are perfect for customers that already have a web site support team and can handle the web site tasks, like updates to plugins or other site technologies. We also do not monitor the site for up/down time.

Does Unmanaged Web Hosting include Email Hosting as well?

  • Currently, none of our unmanaged plans include email. This is to prevent abuse of our IPs and prevent our customers from not being able to submit contact forms.

What happens if I outgrow the Charon or Pluto Plans?

  • We can easily upgrade you from the Charon Plan to the Pluto Plan. You will be responsible for billing increase. If you are already on the Pluto Plan, and need to upgrade, please call us or put in a support ticket.

Is there any money back guarantee with the Unmanaged Web Hosting services?

  • We do not offer money back guarantees as our prices are already so low.
